Destinatia initiala a fost aceea de Restaurant si Hotel ,,Lemnul Verde", in perioada interbelica isi schimba denumirea in Restaurant si Hotel "Europa". Dupa al doilea razboi mondial intra in proprietatea statului si isi pastreaza profilul cu noi denumiri
