It is in Casa Panaghia, near the Gazi Ali Paşa Mosque. The museum showcases traditional folk art from the Turks and Tatars of Dobrogea, including textiles, embroidery, clothing, jewelry, and copper vessels, as well as industrial Oriental art pieces.
